Belarus promises neutrality as tensions between the Latin block and the Melon grow
In a press conference, Governor-General Count Tsimon Jelizarjeǔ stated that the Tsardom of Belrus would stay netural if a war between the powerful Latin Blok alliance and the Communist Republic of the Melon/the UEC was to occur. Governor-General Tsimon Jelizarjeǔ would go on to state that the nation could not mange to fight in a war that far away (in France) due to its recent economic and stock market crash that has put the nation into a chokehold as the government begs for loans and bail outs to avoid bankruptcy. Many theorists also believe that the high-command may fear a ground invasion from its powerful commie' neighbour surrounding it, the Soviet Federation, if Belarus was to support or arm the Latin block.

Economy continues to fall
As previously mentioned, the economy and stock market continues to go down. Economic specialist have stated that it would take a miracle for the Belarusian economy to even see a glimmer of resurgence any time soon. Inflation has been at an all time high of 45.3% and White Rus' mining has stated that they have lost billions and are going into debt. The Treasurer, the Vice-count of Brest, has stated that the nation is looking to propose major economic help to us from the TUI, in return the TUI would receive military access and bases in Belarus. Talks are still occurring. Rent and cost of living is also at a all time high, and rural folks run to the urban cities, like Minsk or Gomel for work.

MDP with TUI
The Belarusian Royal High-command has signed an MDP with the North American nation of The United Imperium. This was signed after a fear of possible war occurring in Europe.
