The Imperial Senate (Latin: Senatus Imperialis) is the Upper House of the Bicameral Parliament of the Most Serene and Holy Empire of Elysia, It is primarily responsible for passing and enacting laws, approving the appointments of the Prime Minister, and impeaching members of the Imperial Government. An elected Senator can serve a maximum of 2 consecutive terms with each term is 6 years long, A Senator can also run for a third or more terms as long as it is not consecutive. The Imperial Senate is conposed of 48 members with only half of the seats are contested in every senatorial election.

The House of Representatives (Latin: Domus Rerum Representantium) is the Lower House of Parliament is responsible for initiating and debating bills and contribute to passing laws along with the Imperial Senate, they also have the Power to create or amend the Constitution and can also impeach the Prime Minister and certain Government Officials. An Elected Representative can serve 3 consecutive terms with each term 3 years long, they can also serve fourth time if it is not consecutive like the Senate. The House of Representative is compost of 202 members and are all elected every 3 years.
