France Soleiliste integrates Sao Tombe, Principe, Bioko and Cape Verde into the Soleilist Realm

Sao Tombe, Principe, Bioko and Cape Verde are a collection of various Islands located in the Atlantic Ocean. Now with rising French ambitions these Islands had to join France to prosper under Soleilism and to form an united entity called French Insular. To achieve that Soleilist Law and Economic principles are introduced to develope a strong economy. 

Although many citizens in French Insular are skeptical of French takeover, many others see it as a chance for French Insular to florish and to grow.
