My dear Countrymen, some truly saddening news for China and for the whole world. Negations between the United Provinces of Japan and the Republic of China have broken down and the UPJ has launched already military attacks on the Republic of China and has given forces to help the Qing terrorists, All without any declaration of war.
The Republic of China will defend every inch of ground and will fight Japan until we gain our rightful victory over imperialism and the warlords, China will win its second war of resistance just as we won the first one, And if needed we will fight long, and if needed we will also fight alone, but the result will be the same, China will emerge victorious over it's brutal enemies.
The Republic of China has suffered worse, we remember history, we remember when the Republic lost the mainland, we remember howe we liberated the mainland, we remembered the suffering and joy on the path, And we will keep marching on the path until the very end, The people of China shall endure, and our brave forces will stand frim when facing the soring waves of any enemy.
