The Declaration of Foreign Policy and Intervention
We of The Communist Democracy of Novaya Rimskaya Imperiya, a state founded in Revolution, conceived in Liberty, formulated in unity, and forged in rebellion, have come to after many years yet another crossroad,
Believing that there can be no future in listening and bargaining with those of anguish, greed, and selfishness, resolve the following per our vote of Rimskaya, of her country, and will of the populous thereof:
-Nations allied to Rimskaya have our full cooperation and will to assist in endeavors that do not compromise the safety of the state and people.
-Nations with Friendly Relations to Rimskaya are free to request our assistance and engage in diplomacy with us freely.
-Rimskaya reserves the right as a free and independent state to fight wars as she sees fit, in all ways that benefit and only benefit the cause of the International Socialist Revolution.
-States that are regarded as enemies or are in an active state of war will not be regarded in any way for forced suggestions of ANY sort and will be denied in all aspects and portions that do not readily include an immediate peace offer.
