Due to the Chinese defeats in the recent military conflict with several armed terrorist groups causing most of the Chinese military to be destroyed with the Republic of China even forcing itself to unleash it's limited but none the less deadly missile and nuclear arsenal and with the massive destruction of most Chinese cities this has led the way to mass civil unrest in the Nation and a stretched out police force as well as unpopularity with the KMT party and Chang Huang,
This has led to the rise in popularity of social democrats, Fascists, Monarchists And rise in popularity of the once fringe party known as "Socialist people's party of Asia" The party has demanded that China recognize itself into a socialist state under the leadership of Zhuan Yang, Zhuan Yang's party was established shortly after Manchuria was allowed to leave China, according to him and his party China must be united and must lead the whole of Asia into the glory of "True Socialism" and only though discipline of the self and with will of the party leadership can Asia as a whole have happiness and victory over it's enemies.
Due to the radical nature of the party there is discussion to ban this party however doing so would undemocratic and a violation of democratic principles to ban any party.
In a statement Chang Huang encouraged China to hold deep and to never forget the 3 people's principles and to not let Neo Monarchists or neo communists take power inside of China and to hold on, however speeches mean little without much to show for it.
International observers say that due to China already suffering very massive defeats a civil war or collapse of the Republic is in the offing.
Is this the end of the Republic? We do not know.
