Lunorian government gives national guard permission to use moderate violence to stop riots

As the riots and extremism in the country worsen the government has decided that the national guard will be allowed to use force on the rioters and any members of the Hand of God or other extremist groups that threaten the safety of the country and its people.  The reason behind this is so that national guard units can better defend themselves and so that people will become afraid of the national guard and be discouraged from rioting. 

President Soriano has also put out a $500,000 reward for information that leads to the capture of the leaders of the Hand of God extremist group. 

Another concerning thing is that an apparent "decon" of the Hand of God organization yelled before he was captured "Long live the Father". Exactly what people in Interestingly enough The leader of Edens Gate refers to himself as the father. This caught the attention of the government so much that they launched yet another investigation to see if there is any connection.
