Reporting from Leakia, Carthagian Federal District.

As a news reporter residing in the heart of our Carthagian democracy, I am always keeping up with the latest political news here. Why? The Carthagian people deserve to know about the laws and acts that affect their daily lives. This very massive $582 billion plan in which the Carthagian House of Deputies voted to pass the bill earlier this month, will be spent improving and building new infrastructure in Carthagia, building new telecommunication and internet services and “embracing new technologies”. The Carthagian Senate will be debating on this important bill in a few hours from now. And according to President of the Carthagian Senate Roger Marcos, “I hopefully can get this very important infrastructure bill to a vote in the Carthagian Senate in a matter of days.”

The Carthagian Empire prefers to be referred to as Carthagia. We are not Carthage. There's a difference.
