4th million citizen, new city and national projects

The new leftist government of ANZAC made major policy strides with the creation of a new city, Aloaha Designs. at the same time of the founding of this city, ANZAC exceeded 4 million citizens.

The new government boldly showed its hand with the creation of two National Projects. The Intelligence Agency and Propaganda Bureau whilst destroying the Centre for Civil Engineering.

A large military parade was held coinciding with production of the nations 1000th aircraft.

What does does this mean for ANZAC? is the new leftist government a 'hawk'. A new militarism. A new Pacific Step-Up?

Or will ANZAC continue to advocate for environmental controls and champion the environment for Pacific Peoples?
