Captain Good Vibes was alarmed that their were 'poor' people in his nation

"The surf is good but they need more money for surfboards" one social commentator remarked

Sausage sizzles were held on the beaches by surf clubs to provide the poor with a meal.

One long haired surfer who lived on the beach with his companion dog was provided two sausage sandwiches so he could share with his beloved pet.

"It's true" said the King Surfer "wars have brough much economic distress to the nation, but we are still able to care for even the poorest surfer"

A large food aid grant was provided from membership of the alliance Morning Star which has created a strategic stockpile.

The King Surfer also called out for donations of second hand surfboards to be distributed to the poor and homeless.

"As long as the sun rises and the waves roll in there is hope in a brighter future"
