The Imperial Government represents the cultural and unifying soul of ITO. It acts as the spiritual head, safeguarding the vision, history, and imperial legacy of the alliance. While ceremonial in function, it is a central pillar in ITO’s identity and guiding purpose.

The Federal Government executes the political and military operations of ITO. It manages diplomacy, membership affairs, and wartime response. It ensures cohesion among member nations and upholds the daily stability of the alliance. Authority is divided among the President, Prime Minister, and Commander of the Imperial Expeditionary Force (IEF), who together ensure that ITO operates efficiently in both peace and war.

Diplomacy in the Imperial Treaty Organization is guided by loyalty, respect, and power. We don’t take pacts lightly and we never abandon our allies.
