• All unprovoked attacks, including intelligence sweeps and assaults on inactive players, are grounds for swift reprisals.

• We do not negotiate with or pay-off raiders.

• All Foreign Affairs inquiries are to be directed at the Captain, Master-at-Arms, or Foreign Affairs Strike Officers.

• We will only entertain treaties with organizations that place am emphasis on strict battle discipline.
