Mass Irrigation

Mass Irrigation is a national project that boosts the production of Farms nationwide.
Food rates per farm increase from 1 per 500 land in the city to 1 per 400 land in the city, not including the bonus for having multiple farms.
It costs $10 million, 500 coal, 500 oil, 500 iron, 500 lead, 500 bauxite and 50k food.
