Ironworks

Ironworks is a national project that boosts the production of Steel Mills nationwide by 36%.
Steel rates per mill increase from 0.75/turn to 1.02/turn, not including the bonus for having multiple refineries. Coal and iron usage also increases from 0.25/turn to 0.34/turn for iron and from 0.75/turn to 1.02/turn for coal.
It costs $10 million, 500 coal, 500 oil, 500 iron, 500 lead and 500 bauxite.
