Emergency Gasoline Reserve

Emergency Gasoline Reserve is a national project which boosts the production of Gasoline Refineries nationwide by 100%.
Gasoline rates per refinery increase from 0.5/turn to 1/turn, not including the bonus for having multiple refineries. Oil usage also increases from 0.25/turn to 0.5/turn.
It costs $10 million, 500 coal, 500 oil, 500 iron, 500 lead and 500 bauxite.
