Bauxiteworks

Bauxiteworks is a national project that boosts the production of Aluminum Refineries nationwide by 36%.
Aluminum rates per refinery increase from 0.75/turn to 1.02/turn, not including the bonus for having multiple refineries. Bauxite usage also increases from 0.25/turn to 0.34/turn.
It costs $10 million, 500 coal, 500 oil, 500 lead, 500 iron and 500 bauxite.
