Arms Stockpile is a national project that boosts the production of Munitions Factories nationwide by 34%.
Munitions rates per factory increase from 1.5/turn to 2.01/turn, not including the bonus for having multiple refineries. Lead usage also increases from 0.5/turn to 0.67/turn.
It costs $10 million, 500 coal, 500 oil, 500 iron, 500 lead and 500 bauxite.
