Advanced Engineering Corps

Advanced Engineering Corps is a national project that reduces the cost of buying land and infrastructure by 5%. This reduction stacks with the reduction from Center for Civil Engineering and Arable Land Agency for a total of 10% as well as either the Urbanization or Rapid Expansion Domestic Policy on top of that.
It costs $50 million, 10k munitions, 10k gasoline, and 1k uranium.
Before Advanced Engineering Corps can be built, nations must have both Center for Civil Engineering and Arable Land Agency.
