There are 8 Ministers in different fields: Health, Education, Human Rights, Economy, Infrastructure, Environment, Military, Foreign Policy. They guide policies and are appointed by the Head Minister, while the head minister has the final say on most issues, the senate has the right to change the Head Minister.

This carefully constructed bureaucracy and balance of power is meant to keep the nation running smoothly and efficiently while still keeping the Head Minister's power in check.
