After The Divine Mandate of Russia has been established by a prominent Orthodox Christian priest called "Alexander Men" who are leading a massive Orthodox church and sought to establish a Nation who have a Holy Divine Mandate in Far-East Russia, specifically in Yakutsk City. After the establishment of the nation with Yakutsk as the Capital City, Alexander Men adopted Socialist Theocracy after the establishment of the nation because the ideology almost fit to what Alexander Men's ideology and goals.
