History: Turkmenistan has existed offically since 1992 upon the collapse of The Soviet Union. However for the sake of saving space, the Facebook shall only cover Post-Nuclear.

The Provisional Government was declared late November 30th 2106; having been forced to retreat to their strongholds in Ashgabat; alongside other major cities for over 100 years, where through martial law, Turkmenistan survived.

For awhile the Central Government was only confined to the Urban Regions. This is where President for Life; His Excellency Serdar Berdimuhamedow, implemented further Totalitarian measures. To keep control, Serdar purged the Officers and installed an Cult of Personality; shutting down the Assembly temporarily and forcing the hand of the Supreme Courts, aswell as mandating locality to himself, The Presidency and the Nation.

To achieve this many political sacrifices had to be made: Imans and members of the clergy have been given extensive power and privileges throughout the late 21st Century in return for their endorsements; preventing many revolts and swaying public opinion to support the Turkmenistan Government.

As Serdar aged towards the end of the 21st Century; Serdar was diagnosed with Alzhemiers Disease and slowly became more and more senile: Leading to the Berdimuhamedow Dynasty taking more and more control.

Serdar as of 2106 is 126 Years Old and his state has declined to appoint where control fundamentally lies within the Berdimuhamedow Family: Most notability his Four Grandchildren who are all vying for more control.

Serdar hasn't got long left and his family know it; and there's an growing storm over Ashgabat.

Description: In the aftermath of a nuclear war, Turkmenistan's economy gradually recovers by leveraging its existing resources and industries. The government focuses on ramping up cotton production, capitalizing on the country's long history of cotton farming, which becomes a major export to help stabilize the economy. This boost in agricultural output also creates jobs and supports local economies.

Simultaneously, Turkmenistan prioritizes the expansion of its natural gas extraction sector, utilizing its vast reserves to boost energy exports and generate much-needed revenue. The country further diversifies its recovery by investing in the pharmaceutical industry, producing and exporting medical goods and services to neighboring regions. By combining these strategies—revitalizing agriculture, bolstering energy exports, and growing its pharmaceutical sector—Turkmenistan begins to stabilize its economy and rebuild infrastructure, ensuring long-term recovery and sustainable growth.

The Ground Forces of Turkmenistan are an powerful regional force; standing around 40,000 Strong, it is largely dedicated to defending the border against Kazakh and Uzbek Raiders. It is decently equipped; having large stockpiles of equipment, however quality of equipment is lacking, some of the equipment being over 100 years old and not of the best quality: Using APCs, AK-47s, Anti-Tank Equipment like the 57mm and smaller equipment such as the 82-BM-37 Mortar. This has led to the Turkmenistan Army taking an Mass Assault Focus, using numbers to overwhelm the enemy and quantity of weaponry (Like 203mm Artillery) to bomb the enemy before they contact defensive lines.

The Armoured Forces make up around 2000 of this; comprised of around 40 T-80s and 120 BRBMs as of 2106. These forces are often used in spearhead and penetrative maneuvers and as such are highly valued.

The Navy is an largely neglected force due to the landlocked nature of Turkmenistan; only used to patrol the Aral Sea for pirates and smugglers. It consists of around 800 Personal and consists of 2 Leningrad Class Destroyers and around 10 smaller interception craft.

The Turkmenistan Airforce however is an far better equipped agency; 800 Personal equipped with the best Soviet Equipment that could be found; The Primary and Sole Jet of Turkmenistan is the MiG-21 with the MI-24 Helicopter also being in service. There are around 104 MiG-21 in storage (10 of those in active service) and 20 MI-24s (3 of those in active service). The Airforce is an independent organisation however it's been the subject of great debate as the Navy wishes to incorporate it into itself to assist in Anti Pirate Operations and the Army wishes for it to be included in Anti-Insurgent Operations.

The Internal Troops of Turkmenistan act as an Military Police and act as the internal force responsible for maintaining control. Manned by 20,000 people; the Internal Troops range from Part-time Service (12,000) to full time Grenemidre (7000) with around 1000 being dedicated to the Special Division under the Internal Affairs Bureau.
