The first men to enter Entrerian lands were the Sami who settled in their ancestral lands for thousands of years. In the eight century, vikings began their raids of the Bothnian coast, creating the diverse atmosphere where the two peoples became the fathers of the Entrerians. In the eleventh century, with the disappearance of vikings, the two peoples declared the Princedom of Entrerius. Now also fully christianized, the population declared their support for the Christianity of Rome upon the Protestant Reformation. For centuries the kingdom expanded, attracting more Sami and Norse families, until Magnus Eriksson swept the princedom with Swedish troops. Striping the Sami from any privilege, he bolstered the Entrerians to unite under one name. In 1683, with the aid of Russia, the Entrerians rebelled against the Swedes. For nine years, the war went on, until peace was agreed upon in Intadra, as the Entrerians were allowed sovereignity in less than a third of their original hold. Still, the nation attracted merchants, artisans, intellectuals and entrepeneurs, as the country was quick to adopt mercantilism and declare neutrality in all conflicts. Until 1782, peace ensued, when Russia attempted to seize the nation's rich cities, joined by Sweden. The Finns sided with the Entrerians, as a series of defensive wars took on for forty-one years. Much of the territory was lost and cities were pillaged, but the nation ensued its sovereignity. To prevent future losses, Prussian military leaders were called to reform the land army and the British and Dutch assisted the navy. And so, Entreria was safer and more stable, but was again threatened by the Russians at the break of the Great War. With Finnish and German support, the Entrerians managed to break deep into Russian soil to the Empire's humiliation, as the nation moved slowly from its parliamentary government to authoritarianism. Its territorial gains in the north would be its demise, as communist ideals spread from there. A bloody civil war followed in 1932, where the republican government managed to shut down the rebellion, even with the Comintern against them. Still, the government now resembled a military-run republic, only falling further from democracy. Despite neutrality in the Second World War, aid to Polish and Russian Jews meant German intervention, which was shut down with great losses in 1942. With the democratization of western Europe, Entreria managed to modernize, yet kept its traditional Catholic faith and pure language. Even more with the fall of communism, Entreriansta stands as a modern, prosperous, republican nation, yet under the military's careful watch. |

The nation lies on the Liner and Ducicotam rivers which are the backbone of its agriculture and freshwater. The country is almost entirely a flatland, its terrain being composed of the Scandinavian marsh. It also holds a portion of the northernmost point of the Bothnian Bay, which freezes in winter months. Much of the nation is covered in thick fir forest and meadows. |

The climate of Entreria is almost polar, as it's located in the far north of Europe, and has no sea currents which would warm its coast substantially. As a consequence, its sea freezes, its temperatures drop severely in the winter, snowstorms get harsh, and summers are barely even mild. |

Its military industry constitutes 57% of its GDP, while the primary sector constitutes 22%. The nation generally has no need for import, as much of its needs are accounted for by its own production. The tertiary sector makes the remaining 19% of the GDP, while around 1% is taken by tourism and non-military production. The nation's politics are leftist, as it soughts to present itself as a tax heaven for foreign companies, ensuring zero tax. Domestic taxation is regulated in order to tax more on higher-income individuals. Welfare programs are also funded, tho the greatest share of the budget is spent on the military advancement and sustainment. |

The military industry is by far the most profitable for the stratocratic government, as it is also state-owned and thus prevents a corporate oligarchy from forming. Other industries are generally privatised, as these mostly include agriculture (of polar herbs, potatoes, seasonal plants and grain, as well as reindeer herding). Hunting and fishing is also immensely profitable, as well as the lumber industry. The nation stands as one of the greatest exporters of reindeer, fir wood and fish like pike and eel. It also exports a portion of its military production, while importing scarcely and only the absolutely necessary. The current minister of Armed Conflict and Defense Affairs is Cesrefor XIV, while the under-minister of the land army is Tunomac Daol; the navy Ilgriv Bassävessi; the air force Ceretoh Avan Larsahit. The nation also holds a Special Security Measures Unit lead by voncald Tane Prolagonah and the Office of Intelligence, lead by Vafa Natie-Flatirim. Over 37% percent of the government spending is issued on military production and development, as military servitude is mandatory without exception. Nowadays, the armed forces display a code of discipline and draconian law which is unpresidented in the rest of the world, assuring the state be kept in total stability and kept from invasion. |
