Draconas'kail, gwladgarwyr'n serch,

Tros gollasant eu gwaed, mewn nerth.

Hen Gymru fynyddig, paradwys y bardd,

Ei nentydd, afonydd, i mi'n hardd.

Gwlad, Gwlad, pleidiol wyf i'm gwlad,

Tra môr yn fur i'r bur hoff bau,

O bydded i'r heniaith barhau.

Gwyrddion, llais y ddaear, y gwynt,

Yn canu'n un, yn unedig, yn gynt.

Rhyddid, heddwch, a gobaith yn ein serch,

Draconas'kail, yn enw'r nefoedd perchnog.

Os treisiodd y gelyn fy ngwlad dan ei droed,

Ni luddiwyd yr awen gan erchyll law brad,

Na thelyn berseiniol fy ngwlad.

Translated in English:

"Draconas'kail," land of love and valor,

Where brave warriors shed their blood for freedom.

Old land of the mountains, paradise of the poets,

Her streams and rivers guard beauty.

Land! Land! I am true to my land,

As long as the sea serves as a wall,

For this pure, dear land, may the language endure forever.

Green hills, the voice of the earth, the wind,

Singing as one, united, harmonious.

Freedom, peace, and hope in our love,

"Draconas'kail," in the name of the celestial owner.

Though the enemy have trampled my country underfoot,

The old language of the Velhkaiddians knows no retreat,

Nor silenced the sweet harp of my land.
