Right after the ending of the World War Two, a few Italian and German high ranks bought a sea fortress and and imported soil and plants from other countries to build a artifical island, many war era companies reestablished on Stratolvska and secretly funded the government. The Stratolvska is currently controlled by the Stratocratic Council.The military is small but capable to defend the nation and everyone in the military can be a politician as the country is ruled by a stratocratic system. But if a military personal choosed as a president or minister, the military personal must leave his military ranks till the next elections. The main language is Esperanto but the governmental language is English for better communication.
