History: | For 20 years the Republic of Kentucky fought to become it's own country and protect what is ours. We braved starvation, wars and more to become what we are. Now just months after winning the 20 year war we have become a nationally recognized country, we have started our path to our destiny. Official constitution of the Republic of Kentucky Article 1 Legislative powers are vested in a council of the oldest and most esteemed members of our Republic, it shall be in charge of making, maintaining and adjusting the law's, consultation with the president regarding wars including advice, opposing or agreeing. These members will have the power to veto or impeach a president under circumstances of abuse of power, proof of a breaking of federal law (with a conviction) or inability to execute the job proficiently. The LC Article 2 A special council made up of 32 young men age 30-50 to keep in check the amount of spending, grant loans to city's, maintaining infrastructure and balance of nature and man. These members will have the power to veto or impeach a president under circumstances of abuse of power, proof of a breaking of federal law (with a conviction) or inability to execute the job proficiently along with a vote from the head council. (The sii) Article 3 Executive powers are placed in the hands of a president and his cabinet of chosen advisors, these positions of power can all be impeached on findings and convictions of federal crimes. Amendment 1 Legislative council shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or of the right to claim land, or of the right piss where I want, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. Amendment 2 This constitution of the Republic of Kentucky Ensures the right for citizens to hear any and all forms of arms, explosives, tanks, ECT. Amendment 3 In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed; which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense. Amendment 4 Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the Republic of Kentucky, or any place subject to their jurisdiction. Amendment 5 The sii has power in conjunction with the president regarding tax laws, these laws are subject to change with each election years from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration. Amendment 6 In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President after meeting and approval with both the sii and legislation council. Section 2. Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote Amendment 7 Government shall not impose land tax upon any citizen of the Republic of Kentucky under any circumstances. Amendment 8 Makes states immune from suits from out-of-state citizens and foreigners not living within the state borders. Amendment 9 Prohibits the revocation of voting rights due to the non-payment of a poll tax or any other tax. Amendment 10 Prohibits the denial of the right to vote based on sex.
