History: When Rocul came to the city state Libertas that lives in the radioactive wastelands he started preaching an ideology called Enclaveism. He believed that Enclaveism is the only way for a peaceful and democratic society, when citizens of Libertas started listening to his points some of them agreed with him and started calling themselves Enclave loyalists. When more people joined the Enclave Loyalists they started making makeshift outposts and bases within the city and started taken arms to get ready for a civil war within the city. One day when Rocul was given a speech at an Enclave rally an unknown person from one of the other factions within Libertas attempted to shoot him but failed. This was the tipping stone that ignited the Enclave uprise. The Libertas civil war lasted 5 months.
