Located in the Northern Pacific south of Alaska, the small yet impressive nation of the Commonwealth of Waffland, or better known as Waffland, houses a total of 100,000 Waffles, despite only having a size of only 320km2. The small yet outstanding nation boasts a large of economy of over 500B₩ or over $50B USD, much of which comes from tourism, agriculture, mining, and others. The most commonly spoken language by far is Waffish, but most of the population can speak languages such as English, German, French, and Spanish due to the wide tourist industry. The capital city of Waffleton has been the island of Waffland’s largest city for all of its time, due to the small size of the island and the difficulties of sustaining a city of the same size in Waffland’s cold climate. Despite this, the nation is not weak, with compulsory military service for 6 months at age 21 for everyone, male and female. This not only protects Waffland from its neighbors, but allows Waffland to project its power amongst other nations. However, it is not only strong militarily, with a high GDP per capita of ~800k₩ ($80k). These factors not only ensure economic and international security, but they also provide happiness to each and every Waffle across the nation.
