Nashdar and his mercenaries learned how to fight in combat in the dense rainforests of Brazil, his native home. After enough training was puked on the "soldiers of fortune", the encampment packed up and relocated to Lima, Peru...
....once there, they hoped and fought for what they believed to be right!
While in Lima, you could find the Captain sleeping in the mountains until the next Nation or Alliance called upon his encampment. This was all during the era of Mercenaries of Orbis[MoO].
After months of revolutionary war had taken place, Captain Nash made a controversial decision and steered the MoO Mercenaries major encampment's interest towards The Commonwealth.
The time spent at The Commonwealth helped shaped the future of the dwarven leader. Nashdar's encampment officially switched to the Pound Sterling during this time, and saw an exponential increase in cash and resource stockpiles. The orderly teachings conducted at The House of Commons taught Nashdar to use his mind and knowledge to resolve conflicts, instead of his instinctual temper.
However, after some conflicts, Captain Nash and his revolutionary-minded friends decided to begin operating a factory. After a month had gone by, the Apex Factory was well-known and functioning optimally. The fine machines turned ever-so-quietly and the pistons churned deep into the forestation that surrounded the factory. The Captain himself stayed in a little cabin outside the factory with its golden Vault doors sealed shut...safe from the chaotic world of Orbis. 🌎 However, trouble came a knockin' sooner than later. 🚪 It was a zombie, and it wasn't asking for any directions!! 🧟♂️ The Captain had to make a run for it and escape out the secret back door to the factory.
The Apex Factory was very popular during its time. The hard work and dedication instilled into the workers caused very good production to occur. All of the prototypes designed by the factory workers were described only as Apex!
Once operations seemed to be consistent at Apex, Nashdar left behind the grueling work of a factory and tried to run a Convenience Store in the middle of nowhere...!
The Convenience Store served as a playground for a mischievous leprechaun, the occasional customer, and shipments from Apex Factory all labeled, "good production".
Captain Nash enjoyed trying to run a Convenience Store. However, it all stopped short one day. Nashdar radio'd Bail, - one of his most trusted allies in Orbis - and he was placed in charge of the store and was given the store's keys. 🔑 He told Bail he would return, but wasn't sure when, for what laid ahead for the Captain was mystique in itself....
Captain Nash became an undercover detective for Arctic-Sphere (April 27th, 2024 - July 6th, 2024). 🕵️♂️❄️ He was disguised as a smelly piece of taleggio in a rain coat while in public. It was absolutely rancid! Without having to say, no one ever appreciated his arrival to the Convenience Store for his packages. 📦 He was especially hated when he worked part-time at the nearby bauxite mines.
During this time as a detective, the elusive dwarf lurked near familiar faces and experienced the horrors of Orbis from a whole new angle! Not everything was so scary, however, Nashdar and his mercenaries received a free hotel stay for an entire fortnight while at the Apocalypse Knights MA-HQ!
Also, believe it or not, rumors have it that at some point...
...Captain Nash was a pirate...
