Mercia Empire is a small nation situated up the south coast of Hokkaido. The northernmost island of Japans four islands. The nation is separated by four main districts that each control one aspect of the nations economy, production, and many more. Currently being ruled by the High Lord Iran Vowlski, of the Vowlski Family. One of the four main families that control each district.
It is a nation that is often called as cruel and barbaric due to their cruelty and pure brutality to not only their enemies, but to their people as well.
