History: Athoaca was originally built as an alliance between tribes, built by 19 hunter gatherer tribes. At 2092 AD, Athoaca had war declared by surrounding tribes which ended with a 5 year long war. After the war, Athoaca was victorious. All tribes part of Athoaca agreed to merge with eachother. At 2099 AD, the agreement was finalised. Athoaca was born.
