History: The USSR is an union of Soviet Republics, The Soviet union was re-formed in 2023 after multiple refenrendum in the former republics. It left the USN after a few years of being in it for some disagreements with the millitary command and the higher rank . It was also in the USN that the nation had a decent economic growth. The Soviet Union decided to join Infowar despite being ideologically incompatible and got kicked out. It is now getting alot of damages in the Dial up war after leaving the NPO-sphere for the soup kitchen. After the war the central planning commitee will have to pump many millions into rebuilding the nation to its former self but there will alway be scars from the war. The nation lost half of its population and the economy started declining very hard. The Soviet Union clearly had lost the dial up war having a lot of thing to rebuild. It is time for economic reform to go back to NEP and restore the nation.

After the rise of the reformist wing in the politburo of the Soviet Union market reforms had been accelerated and a Socialist Market Economy (SME) based on the Chinese model had risen. Foreign investors were invited and the nation economy had been boosted by a lot and after the rise of revisionism the politburo of the Soviet Union voted to join the Knight Radiant. The decision was accepted and the Soviet Union applied for the Knight Radiant which was thankfully accepted it is the official end of the Soviet decline.
