History:	The country of Nascadia became independent the 12th of March of 2023, after the 78.4% of people who lived around the Nascadian lands voted for independence. After becoming independent, the Nascadians voted who they wanted to be their first president, the main candidates were Kevin Wormley, Klaus Hertzog and March Yegorova. 56.2% of the Nascadian people voted for Kevin Wormley, Klaus Hertzog managed to get 40.5% of the Nascadian votes and March Yegorova got the 4.3% of the remaining votes. Once Kevin Wormley became president of our nation, he decided to bring back a very old type of goverment, a Noocracy, this type of goverment was implanted 16 days after the independence of Nascadia.
