The Dracosnian flag symbolises many things. The dragon represents the central god of Dreicitism, the colour light red symbolises the blood lost to protect the Dracaic society, the blue symbolises the purity of the people. The dark red behind the dragon is the pain of the past and the dark green in front of the dragon symbolises moving on. The yellow diamond in a black circle is the symbol of the Third Lord, who is assistant head of the church (the First Lord is the head of the church).

History: Dracosnialand is a highly militarised state and takes pride in its military might, even if it sometimes doesn't exist.

The armed forced were established by the Second Lord Haicar Gonser and subsequently improved by his successor. The initial version's goal was to strike fear in the heart of enemies which had mixed results. When reworked, equipment was changed and the rank system was improved. Unfortunately reworks that tried to fixed trivial problems, caused other major ones. Here are the ranks of the military: (not all are included)

1. Gatesaraforeth = 100 000th
This is the base rank that new soldiers receive upon completing their regular training. This is also the rank that those who enlist only to complete mandatory conscription get.

2. Tesaraforeth = 10 000th
The next ranks. Soldiers that receive this rank begin to earn a... living... wage and have some additional rights. From here on, members of the army who possess a rank can choose to vote in order to remove someone that is a rank up. Afterwards, a member that is two ranks up must validate the vote's results and make the final vote. For instance, a group of Tesaraforeths may demand to remove someone from the Saraforeths (the rank above). Once all Tesaraforeths have voted, the votes go to a Raforeth (the rank above Saraforeth) who has the final choice.
Moreover, at this point, the headquarters will offer departments and "entshulds"(roughly translate to military career paths), which allows Tesaraforeths to obtain jobs that are related to the Military Base or require military experience.

3. Saraforeth = 1 000th
Minimum Age: 25
Minimum Years in Army: 5
The rank above Tesaraforeth. These individuals are remarkably skilled and lead smaller fractions of the army. They can take way more days off than Tesaraforeths, all of them being paid at 100%.

4. Raforeth = 100th
Minimum Age: 30
Minimum Years in Army: 8
This is a very limited position in the military forces, capped at 100 people per base. These people have the ability to remove Gatesaforeths and Tesaforeths at will and are able to become the leaders of army departments and "entshulds". This is also the point where one can get paid a large sum of money. The average wage of Raforeths is triple that of Saraforeths.

5. Arkha
Minimum Age: 40
Minimum Years in Army: 12
This rank is possessed by only 10-30 people in the whole nation. They and their fellow Arkhas run whatever base they have been assigned to. They have the ability to remove anyone ranked below them (except Saraforeths and Raforeths, for whom a voting process must begin or special permission from the government has to be obtained) and sometimes, even have the ability to execute them. Also, the voting off system works differenty; all Raforeths and Saraforeths will vote and if the majority agrees to kick an Arkha off, the vote results are sent to the Arkhas, who are to give them to the Second Lord himself.
Furthermore, Arkhas are paid a large amount of money; the monthly paycheck being at the 7 digits.

Some major issues occurred however.
- The definition of "military base" is unclear as the way bases work is complicated. "Military base" is defined as a "military headquarters consisting of smaller system which serves as the central station of the nearby cities' Military Forces" however it took long before a list of all the Military bases was given and many bases are not considered "Military bases" since, as the definition states, a Military base or Military Headquarters are usually consisted of smaller bases. Sounds convoluted? Because it was! Rank caps were essentially rendered up to interpretation.
- What is called as "Bolar webs" and widespread corruption. Bolar webs got their name from a famous Arkha named Bolar Ereni. He treated the base horribly and was negligent, however was able to stay in power till his retirement. How so? Well, first off, Raforeths and Saraforeths have to vote to remove an Arkha. Since Arkhas are paid almost triple the wage of Raforeths, many Arkhas offered large sums of money to Raforeths, under the condition that Bolar receive protection. During a vote to kick an Arkha off, Raforeths and Saraforeths are not treated equally; the Saraforeths must get a majority vote that gets approved by the Raforeths, after that the Raforethsvote as well. This means that if the vote results go to corrupt Raforeths, they could entirely stop the process. Although the task would always go to 3 people, of whom only one would need to approve, if all 3 were corrupt, then a voting procedure with good intentions could be nullified.
What Bolar did was give money to Raforeths for doing very basic tasks, on the condition they will wholeheartedly support him. Bolar was fairly well liked by the government, meaning that the amount of money he would earn would exceed other Arkhas by a large margin. Before the web started, his net worth was estimated to be at 200 million! For comparison, the only other Arkha in that Military Base, Jazz Khaci, only had 30 million and the richest Raforeth had 700 thousand.
So, Bolar would pay Raforeths money and give them vital benefits in the base, which he could revoke without any obligation to justify himself. However, Raforeths would constantly be reassigned and new Raforeths would always come and go, meaning he could not soley rely on bribery, he would have to do something about Saraforeths. So, he gave money to Raforeths, and offered additional money and benefits if the Raforeths would pay Saraforeths (who get a small wage) to support Bolar by not voting him if a vote occurs.
However, Saraforeths, with a good vote and the approval of another Arkha, could get a Raforeth kicked from the base, therefore Bolar had to extend his reach even further. As a result, several networks were created, going all the way to the rank of the Tesaraforeths, all of which had Bolar as their head. Tesaraforeths would usually not get money by their "superiors" in their "network", simply benefits, or the threat of them being revoked would they not support Bollar. Eventually, Bolar demanded that Saraforeths collect "network taxes" from Tesaraforeths for the "extra benefits" he provided and "network stability". This way, Bolar would compensate for the money he spent on the "network" (bribes).
Eventually Bolar's network got absolutely massive and he controlled the entire Military base to its fullest. He could control everyone and everything and through his "network taxes" and increasing financial support from the government, became the first Arkha to make half a billion. Witnesses say that it almost felt like a cult. Subsequently Bolar retired.
Following his retirement, his scheme became common knowledge and the ranking system was reworked significantly to its current version. Bolar was executed through torture to death. Unfortunately, till the the ranking system was reworked, several webs, albeit less successful, were fully functional in other Military bases.
