The State:

The New Prussian Republic is a National populist state organised as a Unitary Constitutional Autocratic semi-democratic Republic. Our constitution, written in 1956 by the Preußische Nationale Heilsregierung (the provisional government), is the core of our State.

Our Senate, the Neue Preußische Volkstag, which represents the great people of this nation, has 400 members. Elections are held every 4 to 5 years. The Staatspräsident is elected by both the Volkstag and the people (1/4 Volkstag, 3/4 the people) and he serves a lifelong term, unless he resigns, is ousted by a motion of no-confidence or is proven too old to properly serve his duty. The Staatspräsident holds very little power, and is mostly the nation's figurehead, the real power being in the Volkstag's hands.

History: The New Prussian Republic (Republik Neupreußen) was founded in 1956 following the mass immigration of Prussian Germans to South America. After WWII ended, the Soviet Union and Poland committed horrendous crimes against us Prussians, humiliated us and destroyed our nation. Instead of letting our Vaterland die, we moved to Patagonia, where after creating an armed militia to secure our interests (the Neue preußische nationale Heilswehr), simultaneously declared our independence from Chile and Argentina. The two latin countries tried to fight back, but with American, British, Australian and South African help, we managed to secure our state, and make our Prussian Vaterland rise again. Since then, we’ve been a developed, safe, secure, very conservative white country in South America. Despite the fact that all of Spanish/Portuguese speaking South America hates us, our professionalism and our unbreakable will always managed to keep us alive…

Description: Our nation has a third positionist economic system, which means that our economy is free and capitalist, but that corporations, big bosses and extremely rich people are heavily taxed, and under strict control and rule of the State to keep the nation safe and controlled by its legitimate authorities (and not by the influences of the rich). In New Prussia, private military contractors, bounty hunting, personal bodyguards and private security are banned; despite we allow citizens to bear arms, we think that no private group or corporation should have access to weapons. Our third positionist economic policy also mean that the State takes care of the worker’s condition, by protecting workers in unions from being fired and by paying industry workers good salaries. In our system, such things as economy, corporations, or money have no impact on the State nor on the Government, the consequence being that corruption is inexistant. Our anti-corruption forces, a secret police force from the Department of National Security, ensures the non-existence of corruption by any means. Here, being charged with corruption enters in the category of High Treason. Corrupt individuals have their citizenship stripped and face life time prison or even death.

History: The military forces where originally established as a militia, the Neue preußische nationale Heilswehr, which purpose was to secure and protect the increasing German population in Patagonia. The Neue preußische nationale Heilswehr was composed of WWI German veterans who were already living there, and of Conservative Wehrmacht officers who left Germany after Operation Valkyrie (the plot to coup Hitler) failed. When we finally declared our independence in 1956, the Neue preußische nationale Heilswehr (later renamed the Neue Preußische Wehrmacht) became the official army of New Prussia when the New Prussian Republic was proclaimed on November 19th. Our military kept Prussian militarism and military traditions, and we were in fact stronger than the pre-collapse Bundeswehr of the Federal Republic of Germany.
