Despite VMRO wining the most seats in the Senate, they were not able to establish a majority coalition though neither did the opposition. Likewise, VMRO was unable to win a majority in the Assembly independently but were able to form a majority coalition government which elected the VMRO leader as President among the party heads. Regardless of not having a majority, the right-wing coalition chose their new Executive Minister from KSP since it was VMRO who held the most seats. Due to associations with national heritage, right leaning parties are red and left leaning are blue, in contrast to the traditional political affiliations of western society but the same as in the United States. The 2019 (five year) Senatorial elections tabulated a hung government (broken by the Auxiliary Prime Minister currently of VMRO) as follows, displayed based on political leaning:

The 2021 (five year) Assembly elections resulted in the following coalition right-wing (VMRO/KSP/SIP/DC) majority arrangement:

Dobromesto is a 2004 charter member of the Federated Slavic Diaspora with Croatia, Czechia, Montenegro, Poland, and Slovakia. They were soon after joined by Bosnia, Kosovo, Siberia, and Slovenia in 2007 as well as Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk in 2014. FSD has two offices in Crkvenista and Solun with a the organization's national headquarters in Solun. The organization headquarters however are in Zagerb, Croatia. Due to this collaboration, the Interslavic language is used for most internal communication both verbal and written. Bulgaria is coordinating membership accession on the condition that it renounces its claims of Dobromestan Territory and accepts that it has a shared history rather than a history that belongs to a specific individual nation as well as denouncing actions taken by previous fascist and communist governments (which Bulgaria has failed to do on both accounts). Ottoman Turkey is the Federation's most staunch advocate, especially prior to the conquering of the Hellenic Republic of Peloponnesus in 2015. FSD has provided military support to the Ukraine as well as Azerbaijan (non-member), Chechnya (non-member), Crimea, Donetsk, Georgia (non-member), and Luhansk in the ongoing eight year Russo-Donbas War.

History: From west to east, Crkvenista, Prespa, Bitola, Lerin, Voden, Velik, Solun, Padna, Amfopol, Cezma, and Kaval were all stops on the historic Via Ignatia that served the Roman Republic starting in the Second Century BC. The road continued through Western Ottoman Turkey where it merged into what was the Appian Way. Much of these roads are highway roads in modern society.

In 359 BC, Philip of Macedon became the first head of state to claim present-day Dobromesto (EN - Wellington) for the Ancient Kingdom of Macedonia, which was previously unincorporated. Dobromesto is situated on the Lake of Ohrid in the city formerly the capital of Tsar Samuil's 2nd Macedonian Empire in the X and XI Centuries. The capital Crkvenista (Tsrkvenishta; Churchville) is so named for the 365 mostly Eastern Orthodox churches located within the city limits and surrounding metropolitan area including St Clement, St John Kaneo, St Pantelemon, and St Sophia, as well as the St John Bigor and St Naum Monasteries. The city houses the remains of Samuil's fortress and castle. Today, Crkvenista is one of the cultural hubs of Europe and the whole city is a designated UNESCO World Heritage site in 1979 on the 1000th anniversary of organized statehood in the country. Historically, the nation has had business relationships in the cities of Kostur (KAHS-toor; EN - Skeleton), Kozani (KO-zhahn-ee; EN - Leatherton), and Uporiste (U-POR-eeshtuh; historically Skopje). Other principal cities include Slobodnica (EN - Slo-BUD-nee-tsa; EN - Libertyville), Debar (DEH-bar; EN - Aldebaran), Kicevo (KEE-che-vo; EN - Sorrow) Lerin (LAIR-een), Mec (Metch; EN - Swordsville), Prilep (PREE-lehp; EN - Adherence), Solun (EN - acceptable Salonica), and Voden.

There are five primary political parties: the Classical Libertarians (KSP; incumbent party of the Prime Minister; most often in coalition with DC), National Unity (VMRO-DPMNE; the oldest; typically in coalition with KSP but not always), Social Democrats (SDSM; primary opposition of VMRO), Liberals (LPM; typically in coalition with SDSM sometimes with DC), and the newest Democratic Centrists (DC; neutral slightly favoring left-wing but periodically in coalition with KSP). A party serving the interests of the Serbian minority mostly revolve around issues regarding religious freedom. While both Dobromesto and Serbia practice their own factions of Orthodoxy and Dobromesto supports freedom of religion, Dobromesto supports Orthodoxy specifically their own sect which has caused concern for the primary minority political party. Based on the current power structure, the right-wing coalition agree more on social issues than economic issues. This is partially evident of the appointment of Markovski as Executive Minister by the right-wing coalition, despite VMRO wining the national Presidential election and the most seats in the Sobranije (So-BRAHN-ee-uh). Dobromesto is a 2004 charter member of the Federated Slavic Diaspora with Croatia, Czechia, Montenegro, Poland, Serbia and Slovakia. They were soon after joined by Bosnia, Kosovo, Siberia, Slovenia, and Ukraine in 2007 as well as Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk in 2014.

The Honorable Slavic Republic of Dobromesto is a nation led by Executive Minister Tryphon Markovski of the Classical Libertarian Party (KSP) and President Marina Pelikudinovska of the Party for National Unity (VMRO-DPMNE). Dobromesto's government is a Constitutional Republic with a population of 2,831,530 and a land area of 27,500 square miles (71,225 km2) known for it's excellent foreign relations. This gives it a national average population density of 103 people per square mile (39.75 people/km2). Historically, Dobromesto favors conservative economic policies and promotes moderate social policies. The country's official currency is the Slavic Denar as backed by the gold standard. Dobromesto has become among the faster economies to rebound from the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, though no epidemic states of emergency were ever issued. The nation was applauded for its response, despite not requiring vaccinations, masks, or mandates at any time. The country has less than 7% of its citizens vaccinated since its release and only 1472 deaths.

The 2019 (five year) Senatorial elections tabulated a hung government (broken by the Auxiliary Prime Minister currently of VMRO) as follows, displayed based on political leaning: Social Dem Union (SDS) 4 (-2), Lib Dem 1 (E), Albanian Dem Union (DUI) 4 (E), Peloponnesus Separatist (PSP) 2 (+1), Dem Centrist 1 (E), Serb Independence (PSN)1 (E), KSP 4 (+2), and VMRO 7 (-1). The 2021 (five year) Assembly elections resulted in the following coalition right-wing (VMRO/KSP/SIP/DC) majority arrangement: SDS 40 (-9) LD 10 (-1), DUI 40 (+4), PSP 20 (-3), DC 10 (+3), PSN 10 (+2), KSP 40 (+11), and VMRO 70 (-7). Due to associations with national heritage, right leaning parties are red and left leaning are blue, in contrast to the traditional political affiliations of western society but the same as in the United States.

The economic and cultural capital of Crkvenista (Tserk-VEN-ee-shta; Churchville) is located on the northeastern banks of Lake Ohrid and the northwestern foot of Mt. Galicica (Ga-LEE-tchee-tsa). Slightly south is the twin city of Biljani Izvori (BEEL-yah-nee EEZ-voh-ree; Biljana Springs), the administrative capital. The Executive Minister is the head of state for foreign affairs chosen by members of the ruling party's coalition as elected by the people as members of the Assembly (Sobranije; So-BRAHN-ee-ah) for the administrative district, and the President is the head of state for domestic policy chosen by way of general election and typically is a former city or regional official. Ms. Pelikudinovska (formerly Mayor of Prilep) and VMRO won the general election the day after independence. However, Members of Parliament chose KSPD's Mr. Markovski (previously Minister of Sport and Tourism then National Projects Minister followed by Ambassador to Poland and later the United States), in coalition with VMRO, as Executive Minister over Ms. Nevanka Stojanova of VMRO, a previous justice of the 7 seat Supreme Court. Markovski chose her to his cabinet as Minister of Ally Unity because of her incredibly strong reputation with SWOT analyses from her time as an attorney for the Pelagonian Region.

Geography
Continent: Europe
Land Area: 44,256.85 sq. km
Terrain: Dobromesto sits primarily on mountainous terrain with two lake basins one on either side of the second highest highest peak Galicica (2,253m), with Lake Ohrid to it's west and Lake Prespa to it's east. It is the most mountainous country in Europe per mi2/km2. The views from Galicica over both lakes rivals that of Morskie Oko in the Tatra Mountains in the Carpathian range of the nothern Slavic nations. The highest peak of the Baba Mountains, Pelister (2,601m) is narrowly tallest ahead of Galicia and overlooks Lake Prespa immediately to the west. Lake Ohrid is the deepest lake of the Balkans, with a maximum depth of 288 m (940 ft) and a mean depth of 155 m (508 ft). It covers an area of 358 km2 (138 sq mi), containing an estimated 55.4 km2 of water. It is 30.4 km long by 14.8 km wide at its maximum extent with a shoreline length of 87.53 km, of which 56.02 km is of Dobromesto. Over 20% of the lake's water comes from nearby Lake Prespa, about 10 km (6.2 mi) to the southeast and at 150 m higher altitude than Lake Ohrid. Ohrid's waters are said to be one of the purest freshwater lakes in the world. Because Lake Prespa sits above Lake Ohrid, its waters run through underground channels in the karst and emerge from springs which feed streams running into Lake Ohrid. The Golem Grad and Mal Grad Islands are both found within Lake Prespa. On Ohrid's southeastern shores on the premises of the St Naum Monastary are the Black Drin Springs, that show the source of water coming from Lake Prespa.
Highest Peak: Pelister, 2,601 meters
Lowest Valley: Biljani Izvori, 693 meters
Climate: Mediterranean during summertime, continental in wintertime. Averages 4,200 hours of sunshine annually. Lake effect precipitation can be between 100-200mm (4-8") with unusually high precipitation totals in April and May. Snow totals are highest in December while rain totals are highest in May. The country does have four seasons, but the lengths of the seasons varies based on geography. The spring is often very short. Summers are subtropical and it is not uncommon to see temperatures of above 40°C (104°F) during this season. Winters, although moderate, can be quite cold. Snowfalls during winter are common and occasionally heavy. The average annual temperature of the air is 11.5°C (53°F), but the plains experience higher temperatures, 15°C (59°F). The warmest month is July, which has an average temperature of 22.2°C (72°F) and the coldest is January, with a temperature of 0.3°C (33°F). Description: Dobromesto has a currency (Slavic Denar) backed by a gold standard and prices are indicated in the current world's currency of business, the US Dollar. Recent events have suggested the Chinese Yuan may replace the US Dollar as the world's business currency. Following Brexit, the United Kingdom overtook Germany as Dobromesto's largest trading partner in an attempt to bolster its own economic plan following their departure. As a result, British imports to Dobromesto rose 325% while Poland remained Dobromesto's largest exporter.

The City of Crkvenista's largest industry is tourism, many of such tourists arrive by air in the nearby Trojanski Ridovi (TROI-ahn-skee REE-do-vee/Trojan Hills) at St. Paul the Apostle Airport near the city's northern limits. A float plane service also operates from Lake Ohrid. It serves destinations of Dubrovnik (HR), Gdansk (PL, connection), Kobenhavn (DN, connection), Kostur, Montpelier (FR, connection), Napoli (IT), Otesovo (O-tesh-o-vo), Paralia, Prespa, Pretor (Preh-tohr)/Slivnica (SLEEV-nee-tsah), St. Naum, Solun, Split (HR), and Venezia (IT).

The City of Solun on the shores of the Egejsko (EH-geh-sko; Aegean) Sea is home to the largest fishing market in Eastern Europe just ahead of Gdansk in Poland and was the capitol of the ancient kingdom that spanned well into the Eurasian plate. Solun is the base for Landrov Airlines as the country's flag carrier. It also houses a hub of the float plane waterports with regular direct service to the waterport base in Crkvenista. Solun has primary routes to Alexandria (EG), Cagliari (IT), Devir (OT, formerly Byzantium/Constantinople/Istanbul), Palermo (IT), Pire (OT, aka Pireas), Sevastopol (KR), and Tunis (TN).

The City of Uporiste has been a historical capitol of the country through 1918 following the conclusion of the Great War and was known as some form of Skopje/Uskub throughout much of it's history having been named after the nearby Scupi archaeological site, but now named after Kale's fortress that still stands today. The city limits is known for taking a distinct almost butterfly-like shape. Like Crkvenista, Uporiste is heavily reliant on the tourism industry. Besides Scupi, the nearby Mount Vodno and Matka Canyon are prime destinations for hikers. At the top of Vodno lies one of the largest illuminated Christian crosses in the world. Situated in Matka is the River Treska, a major tributary of the famous Vardar River that flows to Solun. In the canyon lies Vrelo Cave, thought to be the deepest underwater cave in the world though not all of it has been uncovered. The City Museum is a former railway depot that was destroyed during the infamous 1963 earthquake with the clock face on the facade showing the time of the earthquake, 5:17 am local time. It also hosts AK Vardar, one of the most recognized and followed sports organizations. The City Stadium regularly hosts the national soccer team as well as other international matches and events.

The City of Bitola, founded beyond the grounds of the Eraklija archaeological site, is unique in that it is both an economic and industrial hub due to it's being situated at the foot of the eastern side of Mt. Pelister. It is Pelister after which the local soccer team is, the country's most successful approaching it's 75th season dating back to the end of the former Biserica, that brings in the second largest amount of money into the tourism economy of the city after the ruins at Eraklija in the nearby village of Bukovo.

Biljani Springs is a suburban twin city of Crkvenista to the southwest, also along the shores of Lake Ohrid. The AK Biljani Izvori Lisici of the Orbis Baseball League, Dobromesto Prva Liga (soccer), and Prva Rakometska Liga (handball) bring in over $83Mn (USD) to the Crkvenista economy annually by way of annual baseball team attendance, which averages 5,230 per game of a possible 6,900 capacity and a total of 303,340 per 116 (58 home) game season. In 2012, the stadium underwent a massive 5 phase expansion plan, which to date through phase 4 cost $17.45Mn. Seating was expanded to 6,900 in phase 4. Soccer and handball regularly draw full capacity at 25,250 and 12,750 respectively both over a 30 home match season. Cafe Porta, the largest domestic coffee house chain, paid a combined 30-year $235Mn fee for naming rights through 2042 as the sponsor of the Gradski Bejzbol Stadion in the City of Biljani Izvori as well as the adjacent Gradski Fudbal Stadion "Mitrevski" under their Doctor's brand health products. The soccer stadium is named after former national team standout Aleksandar Mitrevski who was born in Crkvenista and brings in more than $42Mn of the $45Mn to the local economy that the Atleticko Klub Biljani Izvori generate. The Sportsko Sala Trojanski Ridovi handball arena in the stadium complex is named after the Trojan Hills.

Lerin is known largely for it's farming community for a larger city, including grapes, Florina peppers, and various grains.

Slobodnica is one of the secondary shopping hubs of Dobromesto. Every yearsince 1985, during the last full weekend of May, it becomes a hub destination for those who seek to attend the Valandovo Folk Music Festival. The drive from Slobodnica is roughly 30 minutes.

Voden is home to the landmark waterfall for which it receives it's name. Ruins of the Via Egnatia are also visible. It has seen a resurgence as a business hub.

The City of Prespa currently hosts soccer at Agroplod Gradski Stadion. The handball arena is named after the late teenage handball phenom Zoran Stojanovski, who lost his life in an auto accident in which he was a passenger.

The City of Krusevo (Krushevo; Peartown) was the first capital of Dobromesto, originally founded as the Krusevo Republic. It currently is Dobromesto's heart of the farming and coal mining industries.

Military
History: Though not known for any particular strength at war, the military successfully held off the Ottoman Empire on top of Mt. Pelister during the first attempt of invasion in 1457. Similar but slightly less significant strength includes fending off the Mongols in 1280, assisting the Polish army against Russia in the Demitriads from 1605-18 and reacquiring centuries long lost territory by enlarging its size as far south as Salonica during the Russo-Turkish War. The current military formed in-part from the revolutionary forces that fought against the Ottomans at Krushevo in 1903 in the Fifth Otto-Slavic War, helping re-establish the nation in its modern form under VMRO-DPMNE (then IMRO) leadership and the name of the Krusevo Republic. Though not yet aligned with the Allied Powers during the Great War, Dobromesto had an ongoing dispute over their Pirin region with Bulgaria. This spilled over into the aforementioned war as Serbia was an ally of Dobromesto prior to wartime and Bulgaria was a part of the Central Forces at odds with Serbia and the Allies. Following the conclusion of the Great War, Dobromesto became a pioneer of the Slavic Nations to join international trade and military partnerships. As it's borders changed in the time between the end of the Great War and 2009, the republic adopted it's current name Dobromesto in 1981 to more accurately identify it's pre-history, but is still informally known internationally by it's ancient name of "Macedonia." It's primary allies are Poland, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Australia, Croatia, and Egypt.

Due to the previous dispute with the Hellenic Republic of Peloponnesus over a region of the country by the name of Macedonia, the two nations had demilitarized zones between the two nations near the disputed region. The "Constitutional Republic of Macedonia" has long been a proposed name chiefly by VMRO but had not yet been adopted because of the dispute. However rebel forces and enemies of the Hellenic State (namely Ottoman Turkey and Cyprus) gained ground in their war against Peloponnesus and it was suggested the "Macedonian" name would be granted. During delegation of the disputed zone following the Great War with the Treaty of Versaille, the cities of Lerin, Solun, and Voden were granted to Dobromesto while the remainder (Kozani and Kostur to the west and Pella to the East) to Peloponnesus separated by the region containing the three cities. Kozani and Kostur were regained by Dobromesto as part of the repercussions of the second financial collapse of Peloponnesis in 2012 as those two cities were hardest hit by the depression and subsequently annexed by the European Union on the Hellenic Republic's behalf. The Hellenic Republic's debt was also a direct result of their "on again, off again" war with Ottoman Turkey. Following the annexation of Kozani and Kostur, Ottoman Turkey went on the offensive to take advantage of the weak nation and successfully defeated Peloponnesus in 2015. This resulted in the demilitarizing of the Dobromestan border. Mt. Oympus defines the border with Ottoman Turkey to the southwest. The Turkish city of Gümülcine in the southeast is just across the border. both borders with Ottoman Turkey are separated mostly by the Stapalo peninsula.

FSD has provided Dobromestan military support to the Ukraine as well as Azerbaijan (non-member), Chechnya (non-member), Crimea, Donetsk, Georgia (non-member), and Luhansk in the ongoing eight year Russo-Donbas War since 2014. Per the request of Donetsk and Luhansk, assistance was provided to non-member states that had previously been exposed to Russian aggression.

In it's present state, the CSR's forces have been in an alliance during most of their life since restructuring the government in May of 2020. Between May and October of 2020, Dobromesto belonged to the Soldiers of Liberty. Then from January to June of 2021, they were the charter and lead nation of the Transcontinental League before it's deterioration, thus prompting a return to the Soldiers of Liberty.
