Friendship is mandatory

As our readers know, Glatixland is famed for its stalwart commitment to global peace and universal friendship. As such, the state has announced an increase in joint military drills with Igua-sul. You know, for friendship purposes...

To aid with these drills, 10,000 specialized fighting troops from the new 'Kriegsmurderen' sub-branch have been deployed via the Atlantic Fleet. Acting under the authority of the Glatixlandwehr, the Kriegsmurderen will act as a vanguard force that specializes in amphibious combat.

Seen left: Kriegsmurderen marines drill beach landings using the new Scylla-72 AAPC. The Scylla, designed by the recently established 'Sallyham Combat Solutions', has replaced the long-outdated 'Loch' as Glatixland's premier amphibious armored personnel carrier.

The newly founded branch will train alongside Solista troops at the southern border in an effort to acclimate them to foreign terrain in the event of a conflict.

Finally, Glatixland State News would like to issue a notice that rumors of any 'Adze' special force deployments to Igua-sul are entirely false.

Peaceful trade... or else!

In a two-pronged effort to secure prosperity between Igua-sul and Glatixland, the state has issued a renewal of all trading efforts. The Chancellor released the following statement:

"Glatixland does not recognize foreign embargoes. Our trade ships will continue under military escort. Glatixland's trade relations with Igua-sul remain strong, and our citizens are enjoying the many amenities afforded to them by the trade deal, especially those little drink umbrellas. Those are 100% worth going to war over."
