Prime Minister Alma Saltana once again dominated the Prime Minister Election

After gaining a massive 40% of the vote Prime Minister Alma Saltana was announced as the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Gulvia, King Alfonso II was the first to congratulate Alma Saltana through televised address while other candidates did not concede in the last minute of the votes. Prime Minister Alma Saltana is in her 5th and Last Term as Prime Minister and Promised the People of Gulvia that she will not stop fighting unless she achieved her dream of "Equality" in Gulvia. The Labour Party of Gulvia has the majority of the seats in House of Delegates, While the Communist Party of Gulvia and the Galvish Minority Party failed to pass a electoral threshold of 10% and failed to gain seats in the House of Delegates. United Gulvian Party was the 2nd Largest Party in the House of Delegates and the main opposition party, King Alfonso II congratulated every candidate in the Election and was grateful that the election was carried out successfuly. 

Sou Umna Bombed a Police Station in Iza, King Alfonso II implemented a Emergency

Sou Umna or 'Above All' a far-right extremist organization under unknown leadership once again spread terror in Iza, Early in the morning of February 24th the citizens of Iza was awakened after a huge explosion in one police station in Iza the explosion claim all of the Officers lives including 10 prisoners inside. Reports also says that 7 civilians outside of the Police Station were reported injured and three are in critical condition, This is a clear message to Prime Minister Alma Saltana who once lived in Iza, Sou Umna once make it clear that they did not hate the monarch they only wanted to eliminate the one who brought the most dangerous Ideas in Gulvia which is Communism. Prime Minister Alma Saltana condemned the incident and did not comment further. King Alfonso II signed a Royal Decree that was proposed by Prime Minister Alma Saltana, Citizens of Iza are needed to be evacuated as the Sou Umna will eliminate everyone even though they are innocent. The 1st Infantry Division and Police Officers of Iza will begin evacuation in February 26th and advised all Citizens to follow them.

King Ewald Alfonso II condemned the crimes of Sou Umna and decided to declare Emergency in the Kingdom to Eliminate the extremist organization. The Decree was officially signed in February 24th after the election results. Many democrats in the House of Delegates feared that the emergency might give the monarch and the authority too much power while the Far-Right and Conservatives from the United Gulvian Party also feared it might lead to a dictatorship. King Ewald Alfonso II promised the Gulvian citizens that the Emergency would not last long and once the Sou Umna was eliminated the Emergency will come to an end as promised.  

EMERGENCY DECREE CONTENTS:

• Protest and other types of Gathering were Prohibited
• Limited Human Rights
• Sou Umna will be considered as a Terrorist Organization
• Police has the right to detained suspected members of the Sou Umna
• Curfew from 6 PM to 6 AM
• Police can investigate suspected citizens
• Wire Tapping/Telephone Tapping are legal

• 3,000 Protestors in Montaklar were dispersed by the Authority

• Police clashed with a small youth group in Iza, 12 were arrested
• The Gulvian Intelligence Directorate arrested nearly 400 government workers who secretly sympathize to the ideals of the Sou Umna
