Construction of Oil Refineries Article 1. 1.1 The Number of oil refineries built shall be four (4).The oil refineries will be built across three (3) cities of The Republic of Meg. In Vysantinoupol (Instabul / Constantinople) there shall be built two (2) oil refineries [1 northen and 1 in the Port]. In Ermis (Thessaloniki) and Heraclion, Crete there shall be build one (1) oil refinery in each city. 1.2 The oil refineries shall be built by the Private Company "Lamda Development S.A.". The construction should take a maximum of 4+1 years. Article 2. 2.1.1 The budget allocated for the Construction of the refineries shall be 4.450.000.000€. Funded by the Ministry of Natural Resources, Energy and Nuclear Protection. 2.1.2 There shall be a 250.000.000€ budget annually allocated for the operation costs and maintenance costs of the four (4) refineries. 2.2 The 4.450.000.000€ that shall be given to "Lamda Development S.A." ought to be spent on; Resources to built them, transportation costs, Workers' wages, and other specific smaller details. 2.3 The budget for the construction has already been accepted by the Megisian Parliament in the National Budget Plan of 2096. Article 3. 3.1 "Lamda Development S.A." shall hire the 2/3 workers needed. The remaining 1/3 of workers shall be hired by The Republic of Meg through a competition. 3.2 Everyone shall respect workers' Rights. We remind that the workers shall be paid a minimum of 1.500€ for 8hours of work daily, 5 days out of 7 days. Also the construction workers must be paid an extra 50€ a month on the months of: January, February, March, April, October, November & December. And an extra of 150€ a month for the months of; May, June, July, August & September. Article 4. 4.1 The new Public company will be build for: the management of all oil refineries (including the 4 currently existing. [From 1st November 2097 the ownership is given to the company]), management of exports for certain resources (Gasoline, Diesel, asphalt, kerosene, LPG, Naphta, jet fuel.) The name of the company will be "Megisian Oil Refineries S.A." (MOR) 4.2 MOR must manage the oil refineries with each workers and manage the Exports of the Certain Resources produced in oil refineries. The company shall not sell more than 49.9% of the company's ownership and should maintain the minimum of 50,1% ownership needed to lead the company. (Except if voted by the Megsian Parliament).
