MDP signed with Soviet Federation, and oil trades

                              MDP PACT:

Both nations, The Holy Golden Empire and The Soviet Federation have agreed and signed a military defense pact. If any nation is to be attacked the other will come and defend them. We both agree this can both help our nations if we are under attack. 


.                                  OIL TRADE:

In addition to the MDP being signed, both nation are going to have oil trades to help both nations supply of Natural oil, and Petroleum oil gas.
