Earlier today, John Wayne Jr made a speech about Unclear joining a alliance, in the speech he said.

"Attention my fellow citizens of Unclear, i am proud to say that we have joined a alliance, granted it's a small one, but it's better than we were with no alliance. Under this alliance there will be benefits to Unclear, like more money and other beneficial things to Unclear, to expand the military, build more commerce, and other things that are good for the Unclearian people. Until next time, this is your President, John Wayne Jr ending this speech, and i will see you next time."
