Constitution of Kaanryhiya
Article 1. Monarch’s Power
Section a. The Emperor Has Full Power
Section b. The Emperor has full power to create or change laws as they see fit.
Section c. The Emperor can impeach any government officials at any time.
Section d. The Emperor can create or shut down any departments of the government.
Section e. The Emperor will choose their successor.
Article 2. Line of Succession
Section a. If the successor is unfit for ruling. The Royal family will vote for who will be the next successor.
Section b. The successor can concede succession and choose the next Heir to the Throne.
Article 3. Government Service
Section a. Official must be qualified for their position.
Section b. Official must be loyal to the Emperor and to the Realm.
Section c. Official can be impeached if they become unfit for service.
Article 4. Sovereignty of Estates
Section a. Regions will be given limited autonomy.
Section b. Regions can be given full autonomy under exceptional circumstances.
Section c. Regions will have their own government services from the limited autonomy.
Section d. Regions will collect their taxes and deliver the government’s cut to the treasury.
Section e. Regions that will not abide section d will be counted as treason and be persecuted.
Article 5. Sovereignty of the Realm
Section a. All affairs inside the Realm will be handled by the Kaanryhiyan government.
Section b. Any affair inside the Realm cant be interfered by foreign powers.
Section c. The Realm can defend itself from interference of foreign powers.
Section d. All policies implemented by the government must be enforced by any means.
Article 6. Taxation
Section a. The Wealthy class will be taxed the most.
Section b. The Middle and Poor class will be taxed less.
Section c. Luxury Commodities will be taxed.
Section d. Any type of business will be taxed according to the three business classes.
Article 7. Immigration
Section a. Immigration is only allowed if permitted by the Emperor.
Section b. If permitted by the Emperor the immigrant will be issued a special permit
Section c. The immigrant will be counted as a citizen with the special permit.
Section d. All policies and laws of Kaanryhiya must be followed by the immigrant.
Article 8. Commercial Operation
Section a. Any Private Business must be owned by the citizens of Kaanryhiya.
Section b. Any Foreign business must be approved by the Emperor before starting operations in Kaanryhiya.
Section c. All businesses must be registered to the government.
Section d. The three business classes are micro, local, and macro.
Section e. All businesses must be classified by the government to the three business classes.
Article 9. Mandatory Military Service
Section a. All eligible males over 16 years of age must service in the military for a year.
Section b. All males without any disabilities are eligible for military service.
Section c. All overweight eligible males will undertake a fitness programme for the military.
Section d. Once Military Service is complete, they will be counted in the Glorious Militia.
Article 10. Gun Rights
Section a. All Adults are required to own one to two rifles.
Section b. All adults that owns handguns are required to have a handgun permits.
Section c. All Citizens that are deemed unfit to own guns are banned from owning one.
Article 11. Foreign Trade
Section a. Only the Kaanryhiya Trade Company are able to trade with foreign powers.
Section b. The Kaanryhiya Trade Company will trade with monthly quotas set by the Emperor.
Section c. Loans from or to foreign powers are not advised unless necessary.
Section d. Any enemies of Kaanryhiya will be embargoed.
Article 12. Education
Section a. The Government will not pay for the citizens education.
Section b. The Government will pay for secondary education for only the brightest students.
Section c. The Government encourages all able citizens to go to college.
Section d. The Department of Education must use some of it's funds for rural outreach.
Section e. All students can take a loan in government banks.
Article 13. State Religion
Section a. The government endorses the religion of Kainolohiya.
Section b. Foreigners are allowed to practice their own religion.
Section c. Any Foreign religions must be practiced privately.
Section d. Citizens are encouraged to participate in Kainolohiya Rituals.
Article 14. Mobilization
Section a. The Emperor can enact Martial Law in times of conflict.
Section b. The Armie Legioz will be mobilized during Martial Law.
Section c. The Glorious Militia will be mobilized if the Armie Legioz are defeated.
Section d. The Armie Legioz and Glorious Militia will fight until Victory or the surrender of the Emperor.
Article 15. State Economy
Section a. The Economy is planned by the government.
Section b. Major Industries are owned by the government.
Section c. Foreign Investments are regulated by the government for local sectors.
Section d. Agricultural sector will be supported by the government.
Section e. All natural resources are claimed by the government.
Article 16. State Laws
Section a. The Department of Authority is in charge of laws
Section b. The laws will be reviewed by the Department of Order.
Section c. It is up to the Emperor to pass the law.
Article 17. Energy
Section a. The Government supports clean energy for the environment.
Section b. The Government must provide cheap energy for the masses.
Section c. Energy should be accessible even for the lower class.
Article 18. Foreign Diplomacy
Section a. Diplomats should encourage peace to all foreigners.
Section b. Diplomats must ensure that the sovereignty of Kaanryhiya will be respected.
Section c. Diplomats must respect the sovereignty of Foreign Nations
Section d. Diplomats should de-escalate the situation before war breaks out.
Section e. Diplomats should work with Foreign Diplomats to end any conflict or wars with out undermining the sovereignty of Kaanryhiya.
Article 19. Information and Media
Section a. All information will be reviewed by Kaanryhiya Medias Corporation.
Section b. If the information is approved by Kaanryhiya Medias Corporation it will be broadcasted or posted.
