4. Prison new laws

Proposed by: Ministry of Justice

  - Article 1: No one shall get out of prison before the decided date in the court if he hasn't competed at least twenty (20) years in Prison

  - Article 2: The only ways to get freed from life sentence is

A) The Prisoner was sentenced to prison before reaching 18 years old, has good behavior in Prison, Is working a minimum of 1 job in prison and has already completed 18 years in prison. (It also depends on the case)

Or

B) The prisoner has good behavior, is working a minimum of 1 job, has already completed at least 20 years in prison and is over the age of 70. (It also depends on the case)

So all the old ways of getting freed from prison are non active now and the Article 1 will replace the old laws for normal prison time and Article 2 will replace the old laws about life sentences which makes it a lot more easier to understand.
