Designed to be easily accessible and memorable, this hotlines plays a critical role in ensuring public safety across various emergency scenarios.
There are a total of 2,678 call centers currently around the country with the Ministry of Information and Communications announcing additional funds for modernizing equipment and building new call centers to meet with the growing population and demands of the population nationwide.
