Preparations for Meg 2.0

The government of Meg has started the discussion for the program ( Meg 2.0 ) that will include multiple new things. 

The Meg 2.0 program isn't out yet but will probably start the process at the start of 2096.

The new bill will introduce in Meg budget plan proposed every year by the government and voted by the Parliament. The budget plan will be giving money to each of the 14 ministries in which each of it will have 4 - 8 bulletpoints on how its gonna be spent.
