Earl of york gets a letter from his SISTER!!!

"SHOCKING NEW LETTER ADDRESSED TO THE FUTURE KING LEAKED TO PRESS!!

Lady Hildegarde Begs her brother to break engagement and avoid war.

The recent days have shown that we as an island could be facing a much greater conflict than we could have anticipated. Although it has not been confirmed yet... the small outburst in South Uist has still not been put down... it is said that the queens guard is losing and therefore this could lead to war if the tides do not turn....

The Queen would be solely to blame for this terrible nightmare... This is what the royal council have decided...

A document was found that suggested they plan to force the queen to abdicate if the conflict in Uist is not put down effectively. To suggest such a thing is a crime against the crown and this will in effect put the royal council in direct opposition to the queen and her future husband.

Undoubtedly this would mean the council would join sides with the nobility that are rebelling. Civil war would be certainly declared by that point. There has also been speculation that the nobility does not possibly have the manpower or the numbers to fight the queens guard… Therefore there have been rumours that the lord of uig will try to forge  an alliance with the knights of Skye. The isle of skye, being a inner Hebridean island with the most violent history between the isle of Lewis and Harris would be the first choice for the rebel nobles. This alliance could potentially be fatal for the queen.

The queen's mother has already voiced her opinion … and this was to be expected. But what is most shocking is the news that a letter has been leaked to the press before it was able to reach the earl of york. It was from his sister… who is also known as Lady Hildegarde…

We do not know much about the earl of York's sister… so to find such a letter… seems rather strange to us all. It seems even with the prospect of war looming over us… The Earl of York and his future bride will not break their silence… they have not made a public appearance yet.

The queen's reputation and her ability to lead has become tarnished in the eyes of the public and therefore the eyes of upper society would rather scorn than smile at her. This is perhaps why things have been so secretive

Here we have a letter written by the earl of york's sister…. This is a private letter that was found by spies and released all over the media…. We cannot be certain whether its contents are legitimate or not….but experts say this penmanship matches her style.

“frostbitten flowers have grown through the ivy that twists around the walls of an ancient tower....the sunshine is so soft and pale. The sun upon the face of the isle of Lewis and Harris is warmer... kinder... but then

then... Why did you go there? My Brother... my cold and evil brother... Those strange lands of sunshine and wind do not suit your temperament.  Is it true you actually fell for that woman?

The days within this tower.. the castle that I dwell within is filled with empty silence... devoid of any real sound. I have seen the way you can command men and how they obey you with such fear and respect...

and now you insist upon protecting a weak queen who has made no good decisions since you knew her. Her whole nation has admitted she is a fool… she cannot rule. She does everything you say yet…. But what kind of queen obeys so easily? This whole business of love is a farce...You of all people would always say that love is a farce... and now... and now.... what has happened to you?

please see the reason dear brother....  Please do not let yourself be dragged into her affairs of war and conflict.

that stupid girl who just follows you around like a dog . I've read stories about the both of you... I have read strange things that have startled me. How can it be that you have acted towards her as the papers have stated? I do not ever want to believe it. you had everything you could possibly want on the isle of York..  you had all the lovers you could have wished for… You had built up a nation grander than any other and restored fathers legacy...

Please dear brother... break the engagement with that girl and come back home.  There are plenty of sophisticated and elegant women eligible for marriage here on the isle of York.

I implore you…dearest brother… do not marry that foolish and simple girl!"

We shall have to see if the future king has anything to say about this… Knowing his personality… we can never be sure…
