Not Only Are we no Longer a Neutral State but Kanscharnia and Imperial Steward will likely have to choose a Side and will have likely now enemy and Allies. With The New Constitution of Regulism 2093, Kanscharnia will not only ablosih the Outdated Laws of 2014 but The Goverment also already invested 750 Million Into Millitary Budget as Leaked Documents and Approval of the Imperial Steward show that Kanscharnia Ordered its first 10 Missiles from their Own Milllitary Company. 3 Where already been Produced and Delivered to the Silo's and 7 are Following. Tho we can be Relaxed as those are Normal Missiles that are Non-Nuclear Missile's.
In This New Law in Article $66 &Ab.2 "With the New Constitution of Regulism 2093, Kanscharnia and its Governance will Promise to meet a Millitary Budget of 3.5% the GDP and Enforce Enscription of Capable Soldiers of Any Gender/Identity. The Kanscharnian Goverment/Millitary will upheld at least 89k Troops and 120k Reservists." they Enforced Conscription and a Millitary Training of 8 Months and additional Training for 3 Months. Secondly with this they Promise to Have Troops over 89K and Over 120k Reservists as for National Security and Protection and for Preparation when the time of War Comes.
Kanscharnia Joins Alliance
Today on 2 August 2093 Orbis Kanscharnia also Joined an Alliance wich will go down in Kanscharnia's Historybook as kanscharnia was a Neutral Country after all but after this Constitution Change Kanscharnia's Diplomats where assigned to Speak with Diplomats of Alliances and found a great Oppotunity in Nemesys..after a Short Meeting with one of the Govs of the Alliance Kanscharnia was Accepted to Join them and Now is a Member of Nemesys, ofc In Training but kanscharnia will eventually make its way up. And Because of this Historic Event Kanscharnia Created today the "2nd Diplomatic Honorment Day" wich will be Celebrated by Marching and Parading thorugh the Streets and Salute to the Alliance to SHow Respect and Braveness. Ofc There where Still some Demonstrations about the Anger of Abolishing the Old Instituion but Fortunatley it was the Right thing to do as the Old one was Really Outdated.
