President Kuyper Gets Second Term | Dutch Politics.

The first elections in the Dutch Republic have concluded. The people went to the poll centers in large numbers to put in their vote. It was close, but the people decided Boudewij Kuyper deserves a second term. They think he hasn't been able to work out his plans completely, and thus give him a bit longer in office. 

President Kuyper himself stated that he is excited to run this wonderful nation a second time, and announced that he'd be expanding his cabinet, thus giving up the near dictatorial powers the president held in his first term. Kuyper will soon give an inauguration speech to talk about his vision on the future of the Dutch Republic.

In other news, the navy of the Dutch republic is being reformed and new ships are being constructed as this news post is being put out, we will soon see a revitalized navy which can protect Dutch holdings in the Caribbean and protect the country from major threats in a dangerous world in which cold wars can turn hot in a matter of seconds.
