Sultan Suhayb, the ruler of Qaziyah, has announced a series of major political changes in his country, including changing its name from the Islamic Theocracy of Taabiah to the Qaziyah Sultanate, amending its constitution, and reducing the powers of the Majlis al Shura, the council of scholars and representatives.

The Sultan said that these changes are necessary for the stability and prosperity of the country, and that they are a result of the recent events that threatened to undermine his rule. He said that he has defeated a group of rebels and traitors who attempted to overthrow him and instigate a civil war in the country. He said that he has taken direct control over the military and security forces, as well as the external and legal/political affairs of the country.

The Sultan assured his people that these changes are for their benefit and for the glory of Islam. He asked them to support him in this endeavor and to trust him as their leader. He asked them to remain loyal and faithful to him as their Sultan. He asked them to pray for him and for their country.

Below is the official statement, titled "Proclamation of Reformation":

To the people of Qaziyah, peace and blessings be upon you.

I, Sultan Suhayb, the ruler of Qaziyah, hereby announce the following changes to the political structure and constitution of our country:

The Islamic Theocracy of Taabiah is no more. From now on, our country shall be known as the Qaziyah Sultanate, a name that reflects our historical and geographical roots in the region of Caucasia (Quqaz in Arabic).
The Qaziyah Sultanate is a sovereign and independent state that upholds the principles of Islam and the rule of law. The constitution of the Qaziyah Sultanate shall be amended to reflect these changes and to ensure the rights and duties of all citizens.
The Majlis al Shura, the council of scholars and representatives that used to have legislative and executive powers, shall be reduced to an advisory body that provides counsel and guidance to the Sultan on religious and social matters. The Majlis al Shura shall have no authority to interfere with the decisions and policies of the Sultan.
The Sultan shall have direct control over the military and security forces of the Qaziyah Sultanate. The Sultan shall also oversee the external and legal/political affairs of the country, including diplomacy, trade, defense, justice, and administration.
The Sultan shall appoint a Prime Minister and a Cabinet of Ministers to assist him in governing the country and implementing his vision. The Prime Minister and the Cabinet of Ministers shall be accountable to the Sultan and shall serve at his pleasure.

These changes are necessary for the stability and prosperity of our country. They are also a result of the recent events that threatened to undermine our unity and sovereignty.

I assure you that these changes are for your benefit and for the glory of Islam. I ask you to support me in this endeavor and to trust me as your leader. I ask you to remain loyal and faithful to me as your Sultan. I ask you to pray for me and for our country.

Sultan Suhayb
