Each region will vote and count on different day due to staff issues. Turnout expected to be lower
In a first ever event, the Presidential, Parliamentary and Mayoral Council elections will take place this week across Gwlad Emrys, with each district voting at a separate time.
In a constitutional first, the Presidential candidate must receive 50% of eligible votes rather than votes cast, increasing the likelihood of a runoff election.
Dyfed is the first area to vote and count and results are expected within the hour.
