Neo soviet warlords attack Manchuria

recently on the border of China and the former Russian Federation communist Russian warlords have been commencing raids into Manchuria stealing goods and kidnaping people for slave labor. These actions come off the back of China supporting the United Russian Republic in it's recent war with a powerful soviet warlord state.

In response the Chinese government has gathered to vote on what actions should be taken to counter this, however at the present time a state of emergency has been declared along the border regions in Manchuria and Chinese military forces have been deployed to protect the border.
 

Discussion in the Chinese government comes from everything to simply securing the border and launching a full blown massive attack on the warlords and to establish a buffer state known as the “Far Eastern Russian Republic” a temporary government that would serve to stop warlord attacks on China and to help ease the pain of the Russian people living in South Siberia.

However as of now discussion is still waging and the president of the Republic has yet to comment on the recent developments.
